We sell physical art prints and related products. Colours and textures shown on screen may vary slightly due to display differences.

3. Ordering

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation indicates that we have accepted your order and formed a contract.

We reserve the right to decline an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment is not authorised

  • There is an error in pricing or product information

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We accept payments via:

  • Wix Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

Your card details are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout.
Delays caused by customs, strikes, or courier issues are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 allow you to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays outside our control

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • Minor variations in print colour or appearance

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your artwork. If you need to return an item, this policy explains your rights and how the process works.

​

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For most goods purchased online, you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

You do not need to give a reason.

​

2. Items Excluded from Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised artwork

  • Digital downloads (if offered in future)

  • Items damaged after delivery

​

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In resellable condition

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs may be refunded only in accordance with UK consumer law.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage.

We recommend using a trackable service.

​

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
