How Gift Cards Work

 

  • Gift cards are delivered digitally by email.

  • Each card contains a unique code that can be applied at checkout.

  • The value of the card is deducted from the total of any order placed on the website.

Where You Can Use Them

Gift cards can be redeemed against any product available on the Marking The Wild website, including prints, future products, and special releases.

They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Expiry Period — 24 Months

Your gift card will remain valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

After this date, any unused balance will expire and cannot be reinstated.

A note about expiry dates:
UK law allows businesses to set an expiry period for gift cards, and ours is designed to be generous while still allowing good operational management.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your remaining balance at any time by entering the code at checkout.
If your order total exceeds the available balance, the difference can be paid using any accepted payment method.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Gift cards are non-refundable once they have been issued.

  • If you use a gift card to purchase an item and later return that item, your refund will be issued as store credit, not cash.

  • Lost or deleted gift card emails may be resent upon request — please contact us if you need help.
