Old Man Coniston is a fell in the Furness Fells of the Lake District in Cumbria, England. It stands 802.42m high and has seen extensive copper and slate mining activity for eight hundred years. The remains of abandoned mines are a significant feature of these north-east slopes.
This north-east view shows Low Water Tarn in the foreground and then Levers Water with Weatherlam mountain peak looming above.
